G. RIO SCHOOL CARNIVAL CUM CHILDREN’S DAY IN AID OF CANCER PATIENTS

On November 14, 2024, G. Rio School held its Carnival cum Children’s Day event with a purpose beyond celebrating: aiding cancer patients and honoring survivors under the theme “Celebrating the Life of Cancer Survivors.” Hosted on the school playground from 9:30 a.m. onward, the event gathered students, staffs, parents and supporters, all united in a common goal to extend help and hope. Guest of Honour, Dr. Keduovinuo Keditsu delivered an insightful talk on cancer cases in children. The carnival featured an array of food and clothing stalls, exciting games, and activities, with all proceeds directed toward aiding cancer patients. Through this initiative, the G. Rio School community championed the cause of cancer awareness and support.
